Near the village of Lagrasse, the Abbey of Fontfroide, Cathar castles. The sea 30 km away, Sigean African reserve, many vineyards. From the gîte, many trails run through the Fontfroide massif to the ponds (on foot, by bike) which will allow you to discover the scrubland and superb views. The house has a large volume, very bright. The setting is relaxing and calm, the very complete equipment: Air conditioning, Wifi Internet, television, equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, etc...Upstairs bedroom (Bedding 160 x 200 cm), sleeping ' extra comfortable in the living room (2 beds 80 x 190 cm). Adjoining veranda, outdoor terrace with dining area; barbecue, plancha, petanque ground. This gite is in a fully enclosed 6000 m2 property, where the owners have their own house. Passionate about gardening, they will make you discover the Mediterranean garden that they have patiently implanted there. All charges, services included: cleaning, sheets. Animals are accepted with the owner's agreement. The swimming pool is exclusive to the gîte, of the "Romanesque" type (7 x 4 m + stairs, 1,2 m of water), tiled, solarium and shaded pergola.
