Near the village of Lagrasse, the abbey of Fontfroide, starting point for visiting the castles of the Cathar country. The sea is 30 km away, the African reserve of Sigean is 25 minutes away. In a nearby environment, you can taste the wines of the Cru Corbières. From the cottage, many trails run through the Fontfroide massif to the ponds (on foot, by bike) which will allow you to discover the scrubland and superb views. On the hamlet at about 500m you will visit the honey factory of clauses. The cottage is located on a fully enclosed and private plot of 2200m², large terrace with pergola, garden furniture and plancha, private swimming pool (6 x 3.50 m, depth 1.40m unheated), parking on the property. Entirely on one level, the gîte includes a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, opening onto the terrace. A bedroom with 2 90 cm beds. A bedroom with 1 160 cm bed, dressing room.
