Your main missions
Within a dynamic and committed team, your future position articulates different missions carried out on two BITs, Lagrasse and Lézignan-Corbières
You are the first ambassador of our territory. Through your detailed knowledge of the territory and the tourist offer, you advise visitors in a unique way in their tourist experiences, you arouse the desire for discovery and immersion. You contribute to the attractiveness and influence of the image of the territory, its heritage and the OTI. You independently ensure the logistical quality of the BITs. You are a real player in the life of the structure, including in its interactions with associative life but also in the Internal Quality Approach, as formalized by the OTI.

Your profile and your main skills
• You hold a level 5 diploma or professional title in Tourism
• You are fluent in Spanish
• You also have a good level in English
• You have the B license and a personal vehicle
• Ideally, you know our territory and our tourist offer
• Ideally, you know and have already used the TOURINSOFT information database
Know-how :
• Listening skills, ability to adapt
• Sense of welcome, service to customers and the public
• Responsiveness, curiosity, dynamism
• Rigor, autonomy
• Adaptability, availability
• Spirit of mutual aid and solidarity
• Good presentation
Knowledge and know-how:
• Know the concepts of classifications/labels in the tourism sector
• Know and implement the different writing techniques adapted to the different
supports
• Master office software, networks and social media
• Know how to collaborate as a team
• Know how to lead a visit to a local heritage site
Job conditions
You will join a tourism team of 9 people and a structure of 23 people in total (OTI has an internal integration project which maintains the hiking trails)
• Your position will be a full-time permanent contract (35 hours per week with a 2-month trial period)
• Upon your arrival, you will be offered an integration and support period adapted to your profile.
• You will interact with all OTI services
• You will work within our two BITs (Lagrasse and Lézignan-Corbières)
• You will be required to work weekends and public holidays (8 to 10 Sundays per year)
• Your working hours will be different in season and out of season, depending on the needs of the service (break
reduced lunchtime in summer)
• You will wear the OTI outfit (promotion of the OTI brand and identity)
• You will be required to travel occasionally to trade shows, press receptions, etc.
• You will be paid according to the CCN of Tourist Offices level 1.2 index 1541 instead of 1500 conventional floor, or 1896 euros gross salary (excluding benefits); position financed by the community of communes of the Lézignanaise region
