GITE OF PLATANES

In the heart of the Corbières, halfway between the beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean and the Medieval City of Carcassonne, the Gîte des Platanes located in the village of Fabrezan will make it easier for you to discover the entire Aude region. Also nearby, the Lagrasse Abbey (one of the most beautiful villages in France) and the Cathar castles. The village has shops on site (restaurants, café, grocery store, pharmacy) without having to drive, the gîte is less than 200m from all these amenities. The Orbieu river, a swimming spot, is 100m from the gîte where fishing is possible. Many hiking and mountain biking trails start from the village. The cottage has a patio, ideal for enjoying the beautiful evenings in season with garden furniture and barbecue. Gîte comprising on the ground floor a large living room with a lounge area (corner sofa and TV), a table football and a dining table which transforms into a pool table for the more playful. A separate toilet and a fully equipped independent kitchen which opens directly onto the patio with the private terrace. Upstairs, a laundry room with washing machine and WC, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a second bedroom with two 80 cm beds as well as an independent bathroom (double sink and shower). On the 2nd and last floor, a large room in mezzanine format with two 140 cm beds, a relaxing lounge area with a TV and a second independent bathroom with shower, WC and sink. Non-private parking but many parking spaces are near the gîte.
