Historians are not the only ones to be influenced by history. Literature, theater, cinema, no artistic field seems to escape the contemporary necessity of summoning the events of the past, of reconstituting them in order to constantly reformulate the story.
This Spring Banquet is not a university conference. It offers a willingly profuse, sometimes contradictory, often disordered and surprising journey through the ways of reconstituting the historical narrative but also the texts which form its source.
