The Clairette garden is a family farm on a human scale. From the field to the plate everything is under control, the fruits and vegetables are only seasonal, cultivated in reasoned culture and picked at full maturity. And for more pleasure we transform them naturally into delicious preserves from our family recipes. The farm's processing workshop offers a wide range of sauces, vegetable soups, jams and fresh gazpacho.
