Descriptif détaillé :

Before taking off, take advantage of the village fountain and fill your water bottles or flasks. In Quintillan, you’ll pass in front of an admirable bartizan watching over the crossroads.
Walk down the small path lined with fruit trees which will lead you to the lowest point of the hike, close to the Berre stream, on a small road. Take this to the right till you reach the first crossroads (1) then turn left. Next, continue uphill amidst the vineyards of the Tuileries and at the following crossroads, turn left on the path that will lead you to the D123 (2). Turn right in the direction of the Col d’Amiel, situated at 378 m altitude.
Continue on the track (3) southward bound to your left. The nice view gives you the possibility to admire the surrounding plain and the village. You’ll reach the Col de Mairolles. (4) Go down again on the track to the left towards the village. This track twists and turns in a holm oak wood on the north slope of the Serre de Quintillan.

Nice little hike! It's mostly on dirt roads but we didn't see any other hikers or vehicles. The pass has a very beautiful view. I would recommend hiking it counter clockwise. The trail is very well marked. Walking at a fast pace it took us 1.5 hours.
