The Mouthoumet plateau

The Mouthoumet plateau (550 m altitude) is made up of marine sedimentary rocks, thrust up at the time of the Pyrenean orogeny. On a clear day, this high altitude terroir offers you a splendid view on the Montagne Noire to the north, the emblematic Canigou to the south as well as the legendary Bugarach, the giant of the Corbières (1231 m).
