Appetizer: Langoustine with blanquette de limoux sauce Robert Artisanal product.
Starters: Millefeuille of semi-cooked foie gras with blackberry, glass of raisins with muscat petits grains de gautran cailhol / Prawns, lychee sauce with rose, mango, passion fruit.
Dishes: Monkfish with vanilla, Chinese cabbage, hazelnuts, apricot / Veal steak with elderberry jelly, turnip millefeuille gratin with vanilla.
