THE TOURNEDOS in LEZIGNAN-CORBIERES - Corbières Minervois Tourism

Created in 1970 by the grandparents, the Hotel Restaurant Tournedos has been completely renovated.
The Restaurant room, the famous wood-fired fireplace for grilling meats.
In a friendly and family atmosphere, the chef will introduce you to his culinary specialties.
Grilled over a wood fire, Homemade cassoulet, Rib of beef, Tournedos Rossini, Parilla of meat and fish. You will be presented with around thirty references of local wines, AOC Corbières, Minervois, Fitou, Coteaux du Languedoc and IGP, which will accompany the traditional and generous cuisine of the chef.
