The little sister of Le Bastion restaurant, La Basse-cour offers grandma's cooking and sharing as well as a wine and cocktail bar. After assisting Fabien de Bruyn, chef of the restaurant Le Bastion, Maxime Bordas takes over the turntables of the kitchens of La Basse-cour. Inspired by found handwritten recipes, the old dishes are modernized and promote local products. In addition to the restaurant, the terrace is open for lemonades, wines, cheese and snacks in the afternoon. Finally, you will find a grocery store with local products carefully selected by the chefs.
