BAKERY JLP SAVEURS

Located in Mouthoumet, in the heart of the Corbières in a natural and green setting, the JLP bakery is both bakery, pastry, caterer, sandwich, and grocery store.
Jean-Louis Polak, baker and pastry chef, offers take-out catering, pastries and bread. Very attached to the local, he makes a Corbières bread from ancient wheat grown in Albières and ground on a stone millstone in Termes, with a leaven made from honey from Montjoi, potatoes from Bouisse and water from Mouthoumet. . A small grocery store as well as the newspaper are also available.
