Fabre family, winegrowers in Languedoc since 1605, invites you on a unique journey through time, unusual and thrilling, to better understand the great moments that have shaped our terroir, our personality and our wines.
Three options to embark on this wine tourism adventure, all year round:
- Our Escape Game “In search of the lost cuvée”: you are in the midst of the winegrowers' revolt of 1907. Your mission is a major one: save French natural wine endangered by fraudsters.
- Our Epopée du Midi Viticole “From the golden age to the revolt of 1907”: you meet the ancestors of the Fabre family and relive the great pages of history which forged the identity of Languedoc wines.
- Our Terroir Walk "Between sandstone and limestone, scrubland and vines": you will learn everything about the climate, geology, botany, and all the ingredients that forge the unique personality of our terroirs and our wines. But also educational group activities to "learn about wine" with two specific activities:
- A Wine Casino: to make tasting a fun experience, focusing on the colors, aromas of the wine, etc.
- Blending workshops: to discover grape varieties and their characteristics and make your own wine.
