La Vinaigrerie offers several themed tasting tours, based exclusively on our artisanal production.
All these tastings are free, accessible to everyone, adults and children, and are offered throughout the day at the shop in our shop, without reservation for groups of less than 8 people.
During a guided tour, you will have access to the barrels in which we age some of our wine and balsamic vinegars. You will be able to admire our production for the coming year of “contactless” flavored vinegars in more than a hundred carboys displayed on the walls overlooking the Cour des Saveurs.
All the production and flavoring techniques of our various vinegars can be explained to you in detail and we will be happy to answer all your questions.
