During a guided tour of our Vinegar Factory, our team of enthusiasts will reveal all our manufacturing secrets to you.
You will have access to the barrels in which we age some of our wine and balsamic vinegars for sometimes more than 10 years.
You will be able to admire our production for the coming year of "contactless" flavored vinegars in more than a hundred carboys displayed on the walls overlooking the Cour des Saveurs.
Also discover new manufacturing methods, such as a late harvest vinegar, harvested in two different years.
All the production and flavoring techniques of our different vinegars can be explained to you in detail and we will be happy to answer all your questions.
At the end of the visit, taste a selection of our 50 vinegars and balsamics: from Timut pepper vinegar to nougat balsamic and raspberry balsamic pearls, your taste buds will be asking for more!
