The honey house is a dive into the world of bees and honey, nature and the heritage of the Corbières...
Accompanied by a beekeeper, you will enter a building specially dedicated to bees and their role in the environment. You will understand the mysteries of this world thanks to the explanations of the accompanying person illustrated by educational panels, removable hives, cameras...
The beekeeper will not hesitate to open a populated hive that you will observe in complete safety behind a bay or thanks to the large screens.
The explanations will continue at the Miellerie where you will go through the extraction workshop. In season, children are sometimes called upon to participate and enjoy the freshly harvested honey.
Finally, a tasting of honey products sold on site (honey, gingerbread, mead, pollen, etc.).
