The beaches and ponds are very close to Lézignan-Corbières, offering a most pleasant excursion in a maritime and lagoon setting offering a different face of the region.

From the Corbières and the Minervois, the beach is absolutely accessible for a half-day or full-day excursion. Pick a windless day, grab your towel and go! The closest beaches to Lézignan-Corbières are those of Gruissan. We join them in 40 minutes only by car. You will have the choice between beach chalets with its famous buildings on stilts, or the Mateille beach or that, savage, Old New.
Gruissan is also a charming little village, whose old center on the edge of a pond is dominated by the Barbarossa Tower. The Chapel Our Lady of Auzils and marine cemetery Clape massif are also worth a visit and offer a view striking on the azure sea from the heights.
Other beaches are also quickly accessible from Lézignan-Corbières, such as those of Narbonne-Plage, Saint-Pierre-La-Mer east of Gruissan or west, from Port-La-Nouvelle, The Franqui et Leucate-Plage. Enough to vary the seaside pleasures!
