My name is Romain, fascinated by hiking and the encounters you can have there, I have been passionately working as a technical supervisor (ETI) within the OTICM integration project since 2021.

My role is to supervise employees in socio-professional integration, in a varied environment: both in the workshop and outside, for the creation and maintenance of our magnificent hiking and mountain biking trails.

It is in a caring environment, by listening to our teams and in constant exchange with the socio-professional integration advisor/coordinator, that the support of employees on the path to sustainable employment can be as effective as possible.
