I am a technical supervisor within the integration project, a role that came naturally to me. As a former employee in integration, I very quickly took pleasure in supporting my colleagues when they encountered difficulties. It was during a field trip that I had a revelation: helping others overcome their obstacles, giving them back their confidence and promoting their skills was obvious. Patient, human and educational, I thrive on creating a climate of trust where everyone can progress and plan for the future, with the feeling of being valued.

I also manage purchases, such as wood for panels or equipment, as well as vehicle maintenance, in order to ensure the best working conditions for our teams. With my handyman and Swiss army knife side, I always find solutions!

On a personal level, I practice mountain biking and I am a loyal user of our trails, which allows me to maintain a strong connection with our territory. Finally, whether on two wheels or at the heart of the construction site, I like to contribute to moving things forward, always with enthusiasm and simplicity.
