In order to better understand the expectations and behaviors of visitors exploring Occitanie, Aude and the Corbières Minervois region, whether for tourism, leisure or business trips, a major survey has been carried out.
This initiative is supported by the Occitanie Regional Tourism and Leisure Committee (CRTL), the Aude Tourism Development Agency (ADT) and several partners, including our tourist office.
An essential project for the region
Thanks to the responses collected, this study will provide valuable data to better understand visitor profiles, their preferences, their consumption habits, and their perception of the region. Thanks to this partnership, we will be able to obtain results based on data from the Corbières Minervois tourist office (depending on a sufficient quantity of feedback). The objective is to adapt the tourist offer to best meet the expectations of different clienteles, both French and international.
Among the themes addressed:
- Origin and characteristics of visitors (age, socio-professional category, etc.)
- Criteria influencing the choice
- Types of activities practiced
- Preferred modes of transport
- Selected hosting solutions
- Relationship to the territory and its attractiveness
- Mobility and travel on site
- Overall satisfaction and perceived image of the destination
- Average expenditure and budget distribution
