At the Cyril Codina Vinegar Works, craftsmanship is reinvented with unique vinegars and bold techniques.
Discover more than fifty varieties of vinegars, balsamics, and also 100% Corbières wines.

A guided tour led by a team of enthusiasts will allow you to learn more about its history and the secrets behind the production of these unique products. You will have access to the barrels in which they age some of the wine and balsamic vinegars for sometimes more than 10 years. You can admire the next year's production of "contactless" flavored vinegars in more than one hundred demijohns displayed on the walls overlooking the Cour des Saveurs (Courtyard of Flavors). Discover also some unusual production methods, such as a late-harvest vinegar, made from grapes harvested in two different years.
The attentive team members will be happy to explain the production and flavoring techniques and answer all your questions.
A tasting of around ten vinegars and balsamics will be offered: from Timut pepper vinegar to nougat balsamic, including raspberry balsamic pearls, your taste buds will be begging for more!

You will then find the different products in the shop located in La Cour des Saveur but also in the second shop, on the boulevard de la Promenade in Lagrasse.
