The Puy vineyard extends over about twenty hectares of organic vines, on both sides of the Canal du Midi.
During a visit, you will discover the extent and diversity of production:
To the south-east (in Marin) of the village of Roubia, around ten hectares for the “Grape Varieties” cuvées, made up of Viognier, Chardonnay, Sauvignon for the whites and Syrah, Merlot for the reds.
In the North-West (at Cers), more or less ten other hectares in Minervois planted with Carignan, Grenache noir, Syrah, Mourvèdre for the black grape varieties and Grenache blanc, Marsanne, Vermentino for the white grape varieties.
Tours and tastings are offered only on Saturday mornings, all year round. An opportunity to discover organic wines, reflecting the richness of the terroirs crossed by the Canal du Midi.
Bottles are available for purchase on site to extend the experience at home.
