Family estate of 20 hectares of vines cultivated in agroecology in the heart of the Corbières massif, we are 7 people and 3 donkeys working all year round on the Estate. The vines are surrounded by wild nature. Sown or spontaneous plant covers protect the soil. Each vine is pruned with respect for the plant using gentle pruning methods. The harvest is manual. In the cellar, the grapes and juices infuse and are handled with the greatest care. Native yeasts ensure fermentation. The wines are without added sulphites unless we think a small dose is necessary to accompany the wine in the bottle.
The grapes grown on the Estate are Mediterranean: Grenache, Carignan, Cinsault, Mourvèdre and Syrah for the reds, Bourboulenc, Marsanne, Grenache, Rolle for the whites.
We have been certified organic since 2018, our first wines labeled Vin Method Nature were in 2021 and we began converting to Biodynamics in 2023.
Wine tours are offered at the estate, in 4 languages by Valérie (06-50-45-14-69), during the week or at weekends by reservation: visit to the vineyard, wine cellars, tasting
