Located 30 km from the Mediterranean Sea and 40 km from the forests of the Montagne Noire, come and discover this olive and oil production in the heart of Languedoc. In the Minervois, a region steeped in history, with a diverse architectural heritage and landscapes sculpted by the wind, Laurent and Magali welcome you to their estate.
You will discover their olive grove and their mill/ Local olive producers come here to transform their production into oil.
At the mill, you can taste the different oils made from the many varieties of local olives. Olives and tapenade complete the products available in the shop.
To extend your stay, take advantage of their gîte, a bastide located in the heart of the property planted with olive trees and vines. Laurent and Magali will share their passion for this land, a family heritage, and introduce you to olive growing, oil production, and winemaking.
