William Saury grows fruits and vegetables in Saint André-de-Roquelongue.
Discover the crops of William, who loves his land, across nearly 20,000m² of greenhouses and 10 hectares of open fields.
He grows fruits and vegetables according to the seasons: in greenhouses, strawberries, winter salads, spring tomatoes, and potatoes; and in open fields, melons, potatoes, beans, peas, broad beans, carrots, artichokes, squash, watermelons, zucchini, eggplant, tomatoes, and lettuce. An orchard complements the crops, producing peaches, apricots, apples, plums, kiwis, pears, and pomegranates. William Saury is also a truffle grower, harvesting highly prized black truffles.
To showcase his products and be closer to consumers, he opened two shops in partnership with other producers: "Au Comptoir des Producteurs" in Lézignan-Corbières and "La ferme Côté producteurs" in Narbonne. Since 2019, William Saury has also had a presence in the "Halles de Narbonne" market.
In Saint-André-de-Roquelongue, the products can be found in his direct sales store.
