On the quai des coopers on the banks of the Canal du Midi, the winegrowers of Minervois have set up their Maison des Vins. They offer you a rigorous selection of nearly 200 references and have concocted a whole series of tastings and activities for you to savor.
Do not miss Les Rendez-vous vignerons: From the beginning of June to the end of September, every Tuesday and Thursday in the presence of a winegrower and every Friday with several of them.
