Founded on the foundations of a Gallo-Roman villa, formerly owned by Antoine de Niquet, engineer of Paul Riquet and Vauban, this former seigneury now owned by the Exea family for more than two centuries includes 4 adjoining properties:
- The Tower of Montrabech
- The Castle of Sérame
- The Castle of Argens
- Leingoust Abbey
All located along the Canal du Midi at the confluence of the Protected Designations of Origin Corbières and Minervois, and the Protected Geographical Indication Pays d'Oc.
Several types of services are offered (some by reservation): guided tours of the estate, tastings, visit to the vegetable garden and the farm for children, etc.
