Established in the Corbières in Lagrasse, we cultivate aromatic plants.
The thyme and rosemary are wild and collected on the estate by us.
Saffron and mint also grow on the estate for the moment in small quantities.
We produce products such as thyme, rosemary, saffron and mint jelly.
Syrups of thyme, mint and saffron. Sachets of thyme, dried rosemary of 30 gr.
All these confits go marvelously well with cheese, duck breast, poultry.
Syrups are thirst-quenching and can accompany sauces, kirs, punches and sometimes even in winter treat our little ailments such as persistent cough.
All these products are made by hand.
