Producer of organic mushrooms on wood and straw. Mainly Shiitake and two/three varieties of Oyster Mushrooms, fresh and dried, whole or powdered. Then derivative products such as vegetable pâtés with Shiitake/Oyster mushrooms, small quiches with Shiitake and other delicacies made from my mushrooms.
