The farm Les Chamoîses is a herd of 45 alpine chamois goats, farm cheeses, a couple of farmers and their children, a still wild nature in the heart of the Hautes Corbières. Their cheeses: 15 varieties of cheese, faisselle, pélardon PDO, tomme, yogurt ... Many medals in the competitions. Les Chamoîses is also a rural lodging.
