Beekeeping (management of a herd of 400 beehives) and production of extremely varied honeys. The products - Rosemary, Chestnut and Fir honey. Honey from flowers from Garrigue and honey from flowers from the Maquis, honey from the Garrigue at the end of summer, honey from the Audoise Pyrenees. Nougats with honey, gingerbread and mead (soft and semi-dry).
