The Gardener of Vignevieille passionately cultivates Ecocert certified fruits and vegetables, which are transformed into tomato coulis, apple and quince juice, olive oil, jams and compotes, where each flavor reflects the authenticity of the terroir and respect for the seasons.
At the same time, Les Chevaux des Clauzes breeds Irish Cobs, Gypsies, and Part-Breds, chosen for their gentle temperament and natural partnership. With cream, dun, or palomino coats, each horse roams freely outdoors in a protected environment where trust, respect, and patience guide their training.
