For more than 25 years, at Pole Sud, the workshop has pursued a strong ambition: to become the ice specialist.
True to its roots as an artisan ice cream maker, the team has developed 200 ice cream flavors "as if you had made them in your own kitchen," and, in addition, it produces over 2000 custom creations each year for restaurants of all sizes who entrust it with bringing their most original ideas to life. The workshop also produces a variety of desserts and pastries such as cheesecakes, finger pastries, tarts, and cakes.
Over time, the team has affirmed its identity as a "Glacier" by cultivating highly expressive flavors of spices and herbs, fresh fruits and traditional desserts from the gastronomy of the four corners of the world.
