In the heart of the Hautes Corbières, and since 2007, the Ferme du Montagut has been raising a herd of 100 Alpine and Saanen goats in a protected environment and the wide open spaces of the garrigue. The animals graze every day and are milked every morning.
The farm produces various cheeses bearing the Pays Cathare label, such as Ecu, Ecusson, and Tomme. To complement your cheese, you can also enjoy their natural yogurts, fresh milk, and herbs.
Kid meat packages are regularly available to order.
The farm is open for family visits during opening hours. Visitors can discover the goats, donkeys, mules, cows, and poultry that live there. Goat milking takes place daily by appointment at 8:00 AM.
Motorhome pitches available on request on bare land.
