Young farm created in May 2007 at the foot of the garrigue in Thézan des Corbières. We have a herd of 80 goats of the "Alpine" and Saanen breed which graze every day in the scrubland and wasteland around.
We milk our goats twice a day, and we all transform the milk into delicious, lactic-type cheeses in 4 formats including the Cathare shield and shield which adds the authenticity of the land to our customers. We also make tome and plain yogurts.
Sale of kids, pâté, ready meals and bottled raw milk.
Possibility to see the milking (reserved for customers at 18 p.m. from March to the end of September).
