DOMAIN MONTAUDE

The vineyard covers 70 hectares of vines in AOP Minervois and Pays d'Oc, on the slopes and the balconies terraces of the Aude. Attached to respect for the environment and their land, Patricia and Philippe practice sustainable cultivation and have been committed since 2019 to converting to organic farming. They will welcome you in their cellar in the center of the village where you can taste the different vintages and discover the old cellars whose vats, built in freestone, have walls and vaults up to 1.45 meters thick.
