The history of Domaine Martinolle-Gasparets is told today through two centuries of family transmission and the grouping by Pierre Martinolle in the 1960s of two estates from two winegrowing families: the Martinolle family of Lézignan-Corbières and the Salvet family of Gasparets (Hameau de Boutenac).
For over two centuries, the secrets of vines and wine have been passed down at Domaine Martinolle-Gasparets. Their wines are produced in accordance with the IGP Pays d'Oc and AOP Corbières-Boutenac designations. Their cultivation is based on artisanal, manual, and sustainable methods that respect nature and the passage of time.
In Lezignan-Corbières, you will receive a warm welcome at the wine cellar. Unusual tastings and historical tours will be offered.
You can also visit the Gasparets wine cellar located in Boutenac.
You can find the wines produced at the Domaine in the shops of the Epicentre in Montséret, Chez Clo in Boutenac and Chez Bembé in Ferrals-les-Corbières.
Wine delivery is possible in the Aude and Hérault departments for a minimum purchase of €50.
