Domaine les Cascades is a small domain of 6 hectares in organic farming.
The work is mainly done manually in reflection by controlling the biodiversity and the quality of the grape that will give the wine.
In addition, we brew a range of beer by hand and to help you discover our passion, we welcome you in 6/8 person lodges and guest rooms.
Cyclists welcome
Located in the heart of the village of Ribaute, Domaine Les Cascades offers introductory truffle tasting and discovery courses, tastings, and vineyard tours. Committed to respecting the environment, the estate now practices organic farming. Sylvie and Laurent Bachevillier are assisted in their work by a pair of rather special assistants: Margaux and Pinot the donkeys, and Petrus, Roussanne, and Syrah the sheep.
