Organic since 2009 at the cost of a lot of work, the vineyard has two thirds of Carignan and Grenache, whose age is between 60 and 120 years. The whites, of great character, are made from Maccabeu and Carignan blanc. The 2014 Maccabeu is direct, harmonious, tasty and above all very digestible. The Carignan blanc 2013 shows itself in tension, its very beautiful substance is animated by an admirable internal energy. The 2014 “reds of thirst” stand out at the same time for their roots and for their modernity of tone, whether it is the Roug'é-clair clairet, with the gourmandise of pigeon-hearted cherry. La Mariole, a slippery Carignan, or Les Brunelles, a crunchy and crunchy Cinsault. The Compagnon 2014 is a very fruity Corbières, still abrupt, which needs air to dissipate a slight inclination towards animality. Tense and vibrant, ripe and sanguine. Corbières-Boutenac is a wine with a remarkable tannic structure, a cut above.
