DOMAIN LA BOUYSSE

In the heart of the Corbières, on the terroirs of Fontfroide and Boutenac, lies the vineyard of Domaine la Bouysse. Restructured with improving grape varieties, it has kept its old Carignan and Grenache vines which are on average 30 to 50 years old, or even 80 years old!
Martine Pagès and Christophe Molinier, both oenologists, decided to take over the family estate and have consistently focused on producing high-quality Corbières wines. The estate is certified organic and produces red, rosé, and white wines, fruit juices, and Carthagène liqueur.
They welcome you with pleasure and present their production method.

GUIDED WALK THROUGH THE VINEYARDS & WINE TASTING From July to August, on Wednesdays, you can discover "The Bouysse Walking Trail," a 30-minute walk through the vineyards where you'll learn about the different grape varieties, flora, and fauna. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Fontfroide mountain range, a visit to the cellar with explanations of the various winemaking methods, and, best of all, a tasting of 5 of the wines paired with local products. Reservations required 24 hours in advance | €14 per person, free for children under 15. Weekend visits by appointment only.
