DOMAIN LA BOUYSSE

In the heart of the Corbières, on the terroirs of Fontfroide and Boutenac, lies the vineyard of Domaine la Bouysse. Restructured with improving grape varieties, it has kept its old Carignan and Grenache vines which are on average 30 to 50 years old, or even 80 years old!
Martine Pagès and Christophe Molinier, both oenologists, have decided to take over the family business and have continued to play the quality card of Corbières. The estate is in organic farming.
Open weekends by appointment.

From June to September, Wednesdays and Thursdays, you can take a walk on the pedestrian path along the cliff of the “Roquelongue” also called the Bouysse, followed by a dinner aperitif in the cellar.
Duration of approximately 45 minutes. € 12 per person by reservation, maximum 15 people. Free for children
