In the heart of the Fitou appellation, this 8,8-hectare estate cultivates Carignan, Grenache, Syrah, and Maccabeo vines, some over sixty years old. Certified organic and using the Vin Méthode Nature method, it offers natural wines with no added sulfites, including an orange wine. Located in Cascastel, nestled between garrigue and hillsides, it offers a unique Mediterranean atmosphere, just 25 km from the beaches.
Séverine and Gilles welcome you for a visit and tasting of the estate and cellar and will present their winemaking methods, as close to nature as possible.
