Domaine Grand Guilhem is an 8,8 ha organic wine estate (natural wines without added sulphites) with a XNUMXth century mansion and outbuildings in the Fitou cru.
Located overlooking Cascastel, it is ideally located in the heart of the Cathar Country and 25 km from the Mediterranean beaches.
Between its local stones, the mansion, which opens its green shutters on the Romanesque tiled roofs of Cascastel, the scrubland and its hillsides covered with old vines (Carignan, Grenache, Syrah, Muscat, Maccabeo) over sixty years old , distills a Mediterranean atmosphere of character.
