It was in 2020 that the Plantade brothers passed on the estate to Nicolas. The 10 hectares, now cultivated organically, are located on the hillsides of the village overlooking the Canal du Midi. The grape varieties are mainly composed of Syrah, Mourvèdre, Grenache N and Carignan, without forgetting Chardonnay.
Vinified in the traditional way for the reds, at low temperatures for the whites and rosés, the wines are intended to be simple but straightforward, elegant and easy to drink.
