Located to the south of the Corbières appellation, in the town of Cucugnan, the area is marked by the most beautiful castles of the Cathar Country.
Fabienne and Bruno Schenck created the estate in 1995 and it now has 25 ha of vines, sometimes very old, with more than a century old Carignans, Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Mourvèdre.
It is now Nicolas who leads the estate in organic farming.
Non-violent agriculture: vineyard management without fertilizers or insecticides thanks to an observation of bio-indicators of fauna and flora, respect for a balance of production by strain, a careful assessment of the maturity of the grape, a selection severe harvesting (always by hand) allow vinification completely without suffering, without yeasting, or added products, but without giving up our quality requirements for your satisfaction.
You have to get off the beaten track and reach a nicely renovated old building lost in the vineyards.
Discover an agriculture that listens to nature. It is within the framework of this preserved vineyard that welcomes you the
"Great Bow".
Children will be able to learn about the vine while having fun and coloring.
• Picnic for independent winegrowers in the spring,
• Hiking GR 367 Cathar Trail nearby.
