It is in Tourouzelle, a small town in Minervois, located in the Department of Aude, that the exploitation has been established over the generations.
When Jean-Michel, then in professional reconversion, arrives in 2008 in his in-laws, he learns the profession of winegrower with the greatest respect for traditions.
A dream then emerges: that of making your own wine between personal fulfillment and desire for adventure.
It is therefore in 2018 that the domain "Les Jalans" was born on the property of 13 hectares, part of which is devoted to the production of the cellar of the domain, then created the same year.
