The estate is run organically (certified by Ecocert).
It was in 1999 that the Marty family, originally from Switzerland, acquired this small wine estate in Lézignan-Corbières, in the South of France. They gave it the name of "Domaine des Espérances"
The grapes are harvested by hand with selective sorting in the vineyard. That healthy, fully ripe grapes are brought to our cellar.
