Located in the heart of the Corbières, this 7-hectare estate extends over a clay-limestone plateau at an altitude of 250 metres, behind the abbey.
The vines, nestled in the scrubland, are cultivated using organic farming methods with soil preparation practices inspired by biodynamics.
The yields, limited to 20 hL/ha, allow the production of highly concentrated wines.
The grapes are harvested by hand, sorted directly in the vineyard, then carefully transported to the cellar in small crates.
Once destemmed, they are vinified in stainless steel vats to preserve their quality.
The estate also offers a shop selling local products, a wine bar with small plates to nibble on, open during the summer season (June, July, August). Wine tasting and creation workshops are organized by appointment, for groups of at least four people.
