Convinced that any great wine is born from a living and preserved environment, the estate has converted to organic farming and obtained its ECOCERT certification in 2013. This approach requires extreme care in the vineyard to obtain healthy grapes. with juices full of intense flavors.
The planting of "exotic" grape varieties (albarinho, verdejo) and the expansion of the cellar allow vinifications where each plot can express its originality.
The diversity of terroirs and grape varieties (syrah, grenache, mourvèdre, carignan, cinsault but also merlot or petit manseng) today allows the cellar master to have an exceptional palette of colors and aromas. The wines have their signature of freshness, balance, finesse and elegance.
