The estate is made up of several plots with a total area of 10 hectares planted with Carignan, Syrah and Grenache, part of which has Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée AOC Minervois.
The estate also has an olive growing activity, and in 2006 planted 1 ha of truffle oaks.
Our crops are certified AB, our wines and our olives produced according to the strict rules of Organic Farming.
