Passionate about tasting, decided in 2007 to create a range of wines. The long apprenticeship of culture and winemaking was launched. Accompanied by some friends, just as passionate, the project took shape and materialized in 2008 with the purchase of 6 plots of vines covering 4.5 hectares in the heart of the Lézignan scrubland in a terroir classified AOC and in one piece. Syrah, Mourvèdre, Grenache and Carignan will be our challenge.
