Château Pech-Latt is a pioneer of organic farming: initiated in the 70s, the vineyard has been certified organic since 1991 by ECOCERT. Château Pech-Latt is a 140-hectare vineyard, in the heart of the Corbières, surrounded by a scrubland of over 400 hectares.
The preservation of the ecosystem and biodiversity is our driving force: to have living soils, balanced vines, with respect for nature.
In this preserved and living environment, we respect living beings from the smallest to the largest: We gently work our soils to develop microbial life, we have installed a shepherd with his 400 sheep on pasture in our scrubland and a beekeeper. occupies many beehives on the estate. We are fortunate to also welcome several protected species, such as owls and some bats (the Greater Horseshoe Bat and the Eurasian Murins).
Our wines are the expression of this natural balance.
