In the heart of the Aude, in Saint-Laurent de Cabrerisse, Château Cascadais is a preserved estate where 25 hectares of vines flourish in a unique Mediterranean setting.
Carignan, Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre: grape varieties cultivated in Organic Agriculture since 2009, for the production of pure, fruity and elegant wines, recognized under the AOC Corbières (Château Cascadais, Le Chant de la Cascade) and Vins de Pays (La Roque Dansante, Le Tannat de Philippe Courrian) to discover.
The Château has a wine cellar to visit and taste! Wines are sold on the property.
