In the heart of the Aude, between Minervois and Hautes-Corbières, the Brasserie du Vertige stands out like a balloon inflated with fermented malt, overlooking the rocky gates of a promise of summer...
The brewery takes its name directly from the sweet intoxication of this thirst-quenching, bitter and slightly sweet beverage. Vertigo of the journey it provokes during its tasting through its varied notes, subtly dosed thanks to the aromatic palette of hops.
A slightly alcoholic gustatory journey, a fantasy of a magical elsewhere carried by a hot-air balloon.
The Brewery evokes above all the history of its region of birth and its strong cities built between steep rocks and blue sky.
Ideally located in Roubia on the edge of the Canal du Midi, come and visit us.
